General Hospital Spoilers Thursday March 2: Laura’s Nightmare Continues – Liz Updates Jason On Sam’s Condition – Michael Learns Shocking Nelle Truth

GH’s Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) had just had a long talk with her husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), who confessed to sleeping with Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) once, right after their youngest son, Morgan (Bryan Craig) was killed.  Carly believes him but is furious that he withheld the truth.

Spoilers show Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Nelle open her door to see his parents inside.  Michael, who has always been the peacemaker in the family asks if something has happened.  Carly tells him he could say that; how will he react when he learns of everything Nelle has done to his family? 

Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) is anxiously waiting in the halls of General Hospital, waiting on news of his wife, Samantha (Kelly Monaco) who had passed out after giving birth to their baby girl.

Nurse Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) finds him and tells him she has an update on his wife, Sam.  Do you think she survived the traumatic birth? 

Sources reveal Jason and Liz’ young son, Jake (Hudson West) sits with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) asking him if Sam and the baby are okay, concerned that they are not.  How will Franco explain the situation to Jake without having Jake lose control like he has done before?

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) meets with Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) sensing the chill between them and asks if the thrill of their saving General Hospital is already gone. 

The last of the GH spoilers show that Laura Webber (Genie Francis) continues to be in danger, as she is heard screaming when someone opens the door to the vehicle she is being kept in.
