General Hospital Spoilers Thursday August 17: Emma’s Back – Curtis Shocks Finn – Liz Overhears Obrecht’s Confession – Maxie Hires Spinelli

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday August 17 reveal things are about to get explosive in Port Charles. While one family celebrates a new family member, another man learns his lover and unborn baby are gone.  Private conversations aren’t so private and as one friendship struggles, someone hires her ex to learn the truth.  Thursday’s episode promises to be exciting and one not to be missed!

General Hospital spoilers reveal Emma Scorpio Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) has returned to Port Charles with her grandmother, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes); they join Mac (John J. York) and his wife, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) in celebrating the birth of Emma’s new sibling.

GH’s Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is learning the harsh reality of his love life when PI Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) tells him that Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) has covered all her tracks and cut all ties with everyone she knows and loves; so what does this mean for her and Finn’s unborn baby and her newly developed sisterhood with Elizabeth “Liz” Webber (Rebecca Herbst)?

General Hospital’s sinister Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) should have watched what she was saying and where.  She tells her friend, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) that Hayden Barnes got everything she deserved; too bad her sister, Liz overheard what Dr. O said!

General Hospital sources tease that PCPD Detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is getting restless when it comes to him posing as “Ask Man Landers”.  He meets with Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken Clark) and wonders if she is asking him to continue the facade.

Meanwhile, Nathan’s wife, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is determined to discover Ask Man Lander’s identity after not only catching her parents in a compromising position in a public park but what really peaked her interest was when her husband defended the advice columnist.  GH sources show she contacts the best of the best, and asks Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) aka The Jackal to help her in uncovering the elusive man’s identity.  How will she react when she learns what her husband has truly been up to?
