General Hospital Spoilers Thursday April 20: Tracy Orders Samira DNA Test – Jake’s In Serious Trouble – Corinthos Family Torn Apart

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for April 20th indicate that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is desperate for good friend Dr. Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) help.

The mysterious Samira Adin (Ivy Natalia) from the monastery in Turkey may just be a long lost Quartermaine and Tracy needs someone that she can trust to get to the bottom of it!

Only, Finn is not currently acting on staff since he plans on checking into a rehab facility for his battle with addiction. Unfortunately, Tracy never gave Finn the opportunity to explain this development.

Meanwhile, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) is being typical Brad and eavesdropping on their conversation. Will Finn feel obligated to help out Tracy and risk his medical license by running a DNA test while he is on leave? Will Brad turn him in?

Back at the Quartermaine residence there is a very intimidating looking visitor inquiring about Samira’s whereabouts. Luckily, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) answers the door and isn’t going to easily give away any details to put Samira at risk. Will she be able to get rid of this mysterious man who seems to be up to no good and what will Samira have to say about him tracking her down? Just what exactly is she involved in and is she being completely honest with the Quartermaines?

Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) are seen speaking about their son Jake Martin Spencer (Hudson West) and how to best keep him safe and making progress.

Meanwhile, Franco (Roger Howarth) confides in daughter figure, KiKi Jerome (Hayley Erin), that he believes that Jake is in serious trouble. Why is he divulging this information to KiKi instead of Jake’s parents? Jake is clearly struggling. What will be the fallout if Franco continues to keep secrets for Jake and how will Jason react?

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is once again in the precarious situation of trying to hold his family together. General Hospital spoilers reveal that he questions Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) motives and if he truly wishes to see Jax (Ingo Rademacher) go to jail and take away the father of his little sister, Josslyn Jacks(Eden McCoy). This underhanded move hits home for Michael, as Sonny murdered his father, AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) against his wishes. Will Sonny proceed to take away another family member’s father?

Meanwhile, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) is making her own appeal to Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) for peace amongst the Corinthos clan. Carly is still adamant about Nelle keeping her distance from Michael and her family.  General Hospital spoilers show Nelle questioning Carly, “When it will it ever be enough for you?”

Nelle is in for a rude awakening if she is expecting instant forgiveness from Carly. Jax, on the other hand was very grateful for her assistance in preventing him from going to jail. This information is sure to get back to Michael.
Will he be more willing to forgive Nelle after he hears about her good deed and continued remorse?
