General Hospital Spoilers: Steve Burton Teases GH Return From Behind The Scenes

Hey General Hospital fans, if you’re keeping track (and we know you are!) you’ll be excited to know that today was Steve Burton’s first day back at the hit ABC sudser. How do we know? Because Steve Burton himself told us on the official General Hospital Twitter account of course!

You’ll definitely want to check out the man himself, spilling absolutely no details whatsoever about his debut storyline, but looking as hot as ever!  And, we can’t help but notice he is wearing a signature black Jason Morgan T-Shirt!

We’re being a little cheeky, but if we’re giddy it’s because nothing makes a Friday better than a surprise video of everyone’s favorite ex-GH hitman/current GH whatever, right?

Burton’s clip is short but sweet, appropriately titled: General Hospital Tease: Steve Burton’s First Day.

What, you’re dying to know right now what he’s got to say? Well you’re in luck! Burton starts his enthusiastic, off-the-cuff message standing under a ruby red EMERGENCY sign in a skin tight black t-shirt, with his signature spiky hair in place and amazing baby blues staring into the camera.

“Hey guys, Steve Burton here, at home, at GH,” he begins. “I just wrapped my first day, it was amazing, it was so great seeing everybody and I really have to say that this story is going to be so kick-BEEEEEEP that you’re not gonna want to miss it! All right, tune in, we’ll see you soon!”

If Burton and GH are trying to stoke the flames of curiosity, they’re doing a bang-up job. This latest tweet follows one earlier in the week in which Burton posted, “You guys aren’t even ready for what’s to come. @1SteveBurton #GH #BackToWork.” 

Talk about a tease, and soap fans are loving every minute of it! Both times Burton looked to be in fine form out and about in the fantastic L.A. sunshine, and no doubt he’s savoring every moment leading up to his comeback, as are we.

Gee, not even a hint, guys? Maybe next time we’ll see Burton in hospital scrubs? Or maybe a three-piece suit? Give us something!
