General Hospital Spoilers: Steve Burton Teases First Great Week Back at Port Charles

General Hospital spoilers indicate that beloved actor Steve Burton is back home and he doesn’t plan on going anywhere, anytime soon. As a matter of fact, the beloved soap opera star shared a new behind-the-scenes photo on his Instagram account, telling fans just how happy he is to be back in the same place that started it all for him. He returned as the mysterious Patient Six on the hit daytime television show.

The 47-year-old actor previously left General Hospital back in 2012 to star on The Young and the Restless. He played Jason Morgan on General Hospital for more than 20 years until he was replaced by actor Billy Miller as Sonny Corinthos’s right-hand man.

As you can imagine, a lot of Steve’s followers are just excited to see what is in store for his character and whether or not Jason and Sam will be back together again. A lot of fans commented on his photo with, “I am back to watching everyday because of you being back! Loving the storyline so far!!” along with, “You are the reason I started watching GH again. Soooo glad you came back home!”

What’s more, Steve promised his fans that his character will be around for a very long time. He told TV Line back in September, “You know I can’t say anything about the story. There’s going to be a lot of surprises. So stay tuned. We’re going to have a lot of fun!
