General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Backed Into A Corner – Which Port Charles Woman Will Destroy Him First?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is 0 for 3 when it comes to the women in his life. Its clear he hasn’t learned from his mistakes when he goes to the Haunted Star to drink his troubles away, only to end up in bed with the first pretty woman that comes along. Sonny should have known better when Martina Morales (Daya Vaidya) told him they could hook up with no strings attached; it was far too good to be true.

The following morning, Sonny arrived at his divorce mediation with estranged wife, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) only to discover the nameless woman he slept with was Carly’s new lawyer.

It is currently unclear if it was just a coincidence or he was set up, but what is clear is Sonny needs to watch his back because he is badgering Carly for jumping into bed with Jasper “Jax Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) while they are still married.

Martina could be the key that ultimately destroys General Hospital’s crime lord, since not only does he need to hide it from Carly, he also needs to contend with Ava Jerome (Maura West) who saw Sonny with Martina earlier.

Ava had been advised by Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) that now wasn’t the time to fight Sonny for custody of their little girl, Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) especially since the truth about her swapping Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) bipolar medication with placebos could be revealed any time.

GH’s Ava usually doesn’t let anything stop her, nor follow people’s sage advice and now she has the goods on Sonny. It’s the perfect time for her to imply she will tell Carly everything she saw between Sonny and Martina. Will Sonny give in to her demands and let her see Avery more?

General Hospital’s Sonny and Carly have repeatedly married and divorced, but their connection is deep. Carly had a glimmer of hope going into the mediation but once Sonny arrived sans wedding ring, she went after him full throttle. Imagine what she will do if she learns he lost his ring when he spent the night with HER lawyer!

It seems Sonny has painted himself into a corner when it comes to these three women and any one of them could destroy him at any moment. Will he be able to contain the fire before it explodes?
