General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will be forced to work together when business comes up and they head to Sonny’s Island. Sonny and Carly will begin to look back at their past and it will draw them closer, not to mention a looming threat is on the horizon.
Sonny and Carly Corinthos has had a very rocky past, but their love for one another keeps bringing them back together. Just recently, the couple almost reconciled until Carly’s daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) stepped in the way. Now things are going to be out of her hands because Sonny and Carly will not be in Port Charles this time around. We will see a ticked off Josslyn acting out in their absence because things didn’t go her way, but that’s typical of teenagers right?
GH’s Carly Corinthos will find herself seeing Sonny in a new light. So this may be what it takes for her to realize that she does truly want Sonny back and she will quit fighting her feelings! All this will build up to Sonny making a shocking declaration that could just change everything. Could they live happily ever after? That rarely happens on a soap, but one could hope!

While on Sonny’s Island they will be danger lurking. Of course once Sonny’s right hand man finds out about it, he will head to the Island. Yes, we are talking about Jason Morgan (Billy Miller). So all this intensity will definitely play a factor in Sonny and Carly’s relationship making Carly realize just how much she needs Sonny.
