General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle’s Change Of Heart – Will She Come Clean About Drugging Sonny?

General Hospital’s Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) has been doing a whole lot of lying and scheming during her short time in Port Charles. She was recently busted for all her manipulating and the fact that she lured Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) into bed, but we all know that nothing really happened. So will Nelle ever come clean about that?

GH’s Nelle Hayes has continued to cover up the fact that she drugged Sonny Corinthos and fooled him into thinking they had slept together.

This betrayal has really put a hurting on Sonny and Carly Corinthos’s (Laura Wright) marriage. It would definitely make things better between them if the truth would hurry up and come out because they are on the verge of ending their marriage once again.

GH spoilers tease that Nelle Hayes will come to a realization that could wind up having a major ramifications for others.

So could it be that she finally decides to come clean about all that she’s done? It’s possible that the guilt could be eating her up inside and she finally decides to do the right thing. It’s also been said that Nelle will receive a warning, so it could also be that warning that causes her to come clean.

Nelle decided to stay in Port Charles although Sonny and Carly wanted her gone. That was not a good choice because the truth always has a way of coming out whether it be Nelle that tells it or someone else figuring out what she has done.
