General Hospital Spoilers Monday May 8: Jason Returns to Cassadine Island -Nelle and Michael Grow Closer – Sonny and Ava Go To War

General Hospital spoilers indicate that a trip to Cassadine Island will take place on Monday May 8. Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco (Roger Howarth) run into Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) at General Hospital. Liz tells Sam that if Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) did something to Jake then the clues will be on Cassadine Island.

Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) takes a solo trip to CI to search for clues to what happened to his son, Jake Webber (Hudson West) and what awful part he may have played. Jason goes to see Daphne (Andrea Savo) at the restaurant where she works.

Daphne was the mysterious woman who helped Jason and the others on the last trip to Cassadine Island. Jason tells her it has been a long time. Is he referring to just last November or does Daphne possibly remember him from his time on Cassadine Island under Helena’s mind control?

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) may be warming back up toward Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier). After Nelle’s revenge plot blew up his entire family, Michael has tried to keep his distance from her but they can’t quite seem to stay out of each other’s orbit.

General Hospital spoilers tease that Nelle is working as a nanny and is out with Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) when they run into Michael in the park with his little sister, Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola). Charlotte has a wonderful time and is reluctant to leave Michael and Avery. She asks Nelle if they have to go and if they can just stay a little longer. With all of the time they are spending together, will Michael’s walls continue to come down and let Nelle back in?

GH spoilers tease that on Monday May 8, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) meets with her divorce attorney Martina Morales (Daya Vaidya) at the Metro Court. Carly has been having second thoughts about putting Sonny through the ringer and taking him for all he’s worth.

Martina questions Carly if she is divorcing Sonny or defending him. Martina’s motives are awfully questionable, considering she’s hiding the fact that she and Sonny had a steamy one night stand before being formally introduced. Will Martina start to feel guilty for lying to her client and betraying Carly’s trust?

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) has finally gotten the upper hand on Sonny. Ava spotted Sonny and Martina together and recently found out that she was not just a random hookup but Carly’s divorce attorney. Sonny warns Ava that she might end up regretting a deal she made with him.
