General Hospital Spoilers Monday February 13: Carly Vows To Kill Ava – Lulu Apologizes to Valentin – Jordan Reveals Evidence To Julian – Anna Sees Liv

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, February 13, 2017 reveal confrontations, denials, apologies and threats; are the culprits responsible for Morgan Corinthos’ (Bryan Craig) death finally going to be exposed?  Do not miss Monday’s episode to see all this excitement unfold! 

General Hospital’s Nell Hayes (Chloe Lanier) has unwittingly become friends with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), but spoilers indicate she may have figured out Felicia is working for Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zemen).  She leans on the table and tells Felicia she would rather talk about her boyfriend; has Felicia been caught snooping around?

Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) runs into Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) at the Metro Court and asks him if he has time to hear her apology for spending time with their daughter, Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez).  GH’s Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) had arranged for Lulu to secretly spend time with her daughter at Crimson, but the meeting turned disastrous when Lulu once again upsets Charlotte. 

PCPD Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) brings Julian Jerome (William deVry) into her office revealing some new evidence has come to light that absolves Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) of all wrong-doing.  Will she reveal the recording of Julian speaking to his boss? 

At General Hospital, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is leaving after filling a prescription and notices Liv St. John/Jerome (Tonja Walker) with her back turned speaking on the phone.  GH sources reveal her saying “excuse me” to her.  Is this the moment of truth for both of them? 

At the PCPD, Ava Jerome (Maura West) insists to Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that whoever it is, it isn’t her.  Meanwhile, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) learns from her husband, Sonny that it was Ava who planted the bomb.
