General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Matt Cohen who portrays the lovable Dr. Griffin Munro has addressed the rumors that he could be the next actor leaving the show. Fans of the ABC soap opera can rest well knowing he isn’t going anywhere as he responded to a nasty poster who was happy to say he was going.

Recently the ABC soap star announced that he is looking forward to finding a love interest on the show, leaving fans wondering who he might end up with. Griffin has been spending a lot of time tending to his burn patient Ava Jerome (Maura West) and although there is clearly an age difference, there is no denying the chemistry between them.
General Hospital was first introduced to Griffin Munro when he arrived in Port Charles in February 2016. He was initially introduced as a friend of Dr. Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes), but we quickly learned Griffin was the son of beloved Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) who had an instant connection with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), the love of Duke’s life.
After GH fans got over the shock that Duke had a son he never knew about, Griffin was thrown into a messy triangle between estranged spouses Claudette Beaulieu (Bree Williamson) and PCPD Detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey); Griffin being the Catholic Priest who broke his vow to be with Claudette. It was clear they had some unresolved feelings until Claudette lied about both of them being the father of Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
General Hospital spoilers assure fans that although we haven’t seen much of Griffin lately that he is still around and hopefully will be involved in a huge storyline soon.
