General Hospital Spoilers Week Of April 3 to 7: Intrigue, Closure, Regret, Suspicions and Setbacks

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of Monday, April 3 to Friday, April 7, 2017, brings sympathy, intrigue, closure, regret, suspicions, realizations and setbacks. It promises to be a week filled with great storylines and excitement, one fans will not want to miss!

GH’s Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) doesn’t seem to need a break after her traumatic labor and delivery of her sweet little girl, Emily Scout. She is back to investigating things. There are a couple mysteries happening in her life right now, one being the death of her father, Julian Jerome (William deVry) and the missing years of her stepson, Jake Webber’s (Hudson West). She wants to know what happened and she asks Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to help her.

General Hospital’s Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has dealt with a lot in the past while, the death of her son, Morgan (Bryan Craig), and now learning that not only did she have an adopted sister, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), but she found out that her husband, Sonny (Maurice Benard) had a one night stand with her.

This week, Carly will come face to face with her ex, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), and she will want answers for him bringing Nelle into their lives. Sources reveal Jax will confess the truth to Carly, who desperately wants to let the past go. How is this revelation going to effect their daughter, Josslyn (Eden McCoy)?

GH’s nurse Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and her sister, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) find themselves bonding this week as Hayden’s love, Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) focuses on fighting his inner demons and pain medication addiction. Liz has turned down Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) proposal but fans will see this week that she reaffirms her commitment to him.

General Hospital’s Laura Webber (Genie Francis) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) make a strange duo, as they trek across the ocean to Istanbul, Turkey to retrieve a valuable painting that was stolen from her beloved father. While away, the two have a very honest conversation, leading Tracy to find out the truth.

It seems that maybe Nelle’s reign of terror over the Corinthos family is over, but this week Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) hears something unexpected that is going to strike him to his very core. Nelle appears to be enlightened, will she reveal what she’s discovered to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)?

GH’s WSB Agent Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has struggled with her fuzzy memories involving Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). He has told her she betrayed him and the WSB by selling out he information to the enemy.

Anna swears she would never do that to him, but she is sure Valentin isn’t lying about what happened. She decides to go on a trip, and spoilers reveal Valentin will be rattled by what she discovers.

Ava Jerome (Maura West) has been slowly sinking lately. Her fate sits in the palm of Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) hands. Lucy had Morgan’s medication after Ava threw it in the garbage, hoping no one would discover she had swapped Morgan’s bipolar medications with placebos. She will once again ask Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) to help her out.
