General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin Returns Home – Port Charles Residents Not Happy

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) makes a triumph return to Port Charles after the authorities are unable to make the charges stick but his return is met with resentment and hostility by everyone but his sweet little girl, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).

GH’s Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) was devastated when her husband Valentin was hauled off to prison by the WSB after he confessed to stealing and selling the Chimera to Cassadine matriarch, Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers). Nina has struggled with everything he had done even though she loved him more than life itself for giving her the family she never thought possible. Can Nina forgive Valentin and return to her marriage with a clear conscience or are they truly over?

Valentin’s return also spells trouble for Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan), her husband, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and their little family. Currently, according to court documents, Valentin has primary custody of Charlotte with Lulu only able to have supervised visits. Even though their relationship began very strained, Charlotte has been able to settle nicely in with the family, but her love for her “papa” could destroy whatever strides Lulu made with her newfound daughter.

General Hospital spoilers show that Valentin may have a battle ahead of him when it comes to his great-nephew, Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) as well. Spencer is determined to keep the posh life he is used to which includes the home he grew up in: Wyndermere Castle.

Spencer has been told that Valentin is the rightful heir but he is going to do everything in his power to regain the inheritance to his father, Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher); even willing to have Valentin charged with the cold-blooded murder of his father, suing him for Cassadine fortune in the process.

GH sources confirm that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will remain conflicted when it comes to the mysterious Valentin Cassadine. Her time with him at the WSB Academy she felt he was a good guy but now after learning about the Chimera Project and his deception, she feels he is not a good person. It remains to be seen if she will stand by him or walk away from him.
