General Hospital Spoilers: Liz and Franco Keep a Huge Secret From Jason

General Hospital (GH) spoilers have a lot in store for fans, when it comes to many of the current story lines and their resolutions. Jake Webber’s (Hudson West) years spent with Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) will be one of them

Sources reveal that it looks like the truth is going to affect a lot of Port Charles residents; not just Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), Jason (Billy Miller) and Samantha Morgan (Kelly Monaco).

Most parents would find it to be a blessing from above when their child who was presumed dead for several years returns to them. Anyone would feel it was a miracle; unless, of course, this gift was returned to you courtesy of Helena Cassadine, who most consider to be the Queen of torment and hell.

On General Hospital, when Franco shared with Jake that his little sister was here, but born under terrible circumstances; leaving his step mother, Sam in dangerous health; Jake responded with something that gave Franco pause. Later that night, Franco shared his concerns with Liz, who it in the back of her mind, not giving it too much thought.

GH spoilers reveal that this coming week, Jake is going to caught Franco and Liz during an intimate moment and again say something that actually shakes Liz to her very core. It’s these moments and words fans need to pay attention to because they are leading us to what really happened to Jake during his time with Helena.

Sources also suggest that Liz and Franco are going to investigate Jake’s missing years together but agree to hide everything from Jake’s biological father, Jason. Her love for Franco is genuine, but is her trust misplaced and is he trustworthy enough to hide anything they learn from Jason?
