GH spoilers tease that the younger set will soon receive more exposure on, “General Hospital,” when a fan favorite and a newbie both get more air time in the near future. Look for Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) and Rocco Falconari (Mason Tannous) to figure more prominently in upcoming storylines.

Bechtel stole viewer’s hearts as the erudite, loquacious, Spencer, son of presumed dead Dark Prince Nicolas Cassadine. Luckily, Spencer seems to have escaped that pesky Cassadine curse, thus far being blessed to be neither a jerk nor a hot mess.

The precocious boy has been off-screen as of late, with Bechtel taking a star turn in, “Stuck in the Middle,” the Disney Channel hit. Now that he’s wrapped season two filming, it looks like GH fans will soon be seeing more of the talented actor.
In fact, it was his GH grandmother, Laura (Genie Francis), who spilled the beans about Spencer’s return. “A little bird told me I might be seeing you soon—well, actually a big bird, a really big bird,” she teased in a recent tweet.
Francis then acknowledged that GH executive producer Frank Valentini had tipped her off about his comeback.
“Yes! I really love that big bird,” replied an excited Bechtel. He was last seen on GH in May 2016.
What might be in store for Spencer once he returns to Port Charles? Can his dad be far behind?

In other casting news, GH fans should get ready to see more of the currently beleaguered Falconari family, including the recently SORAS’d Rocco.
Lulu is in the midst of an ugly custody battle with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) which has taken up all of her time, and taken a toll on her psyche. Maybe she’s ready to spend a little more time at home, chilling with her husband Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Rocco?
Valentini confirmed that the little family will have some much needed bonding time, “Their scenes are coming up, we just taped some,” he promised in a recent tweet.
