‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Alexis Finally Hits Rock Bottom – Will She Get The Help She Needs

General Hospital’s (GH) Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has literally drank herself into a corner and in a sense, who could blame her. She has been blacking out and as her memories return to her in flashes, she is beginning to believe she could be the one who killed Tom Baker (Don Harvey), especially after all Gene’s bartender revealed to her.

Alexis returns home, frantic for even a drop of alcohol, but thanks to her new house guest, ex-husband, Julian Jerome (William DeVry) there is none to be found, claiming he did it because of his love for her. Alexis doesn’t want to hear it because she seems to loathe him and the only reason she allowed him to stay is because he is blackmailing her and she is too desperate to get her law license back she would do anything to make sure it happens.

GH’s Alexis has been drowning her sorrows in alcohol for a while now struggling with Julian and Ava Jerome (Maura West) holding her fate in their hands over the hit and run and now learning she may be responsible for Tom Baker’s death is overwhelming to her. Her flashbacks are not the only thing she needs to worry about especially now that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and his father, Scott (Kin Shriner) are digging around for the truth to clear Franco’s name.

General Hospital spoilers suggest Franco knows Alexis is somehow involved and he isn’t happy about it. Franco admits that he is concerned how this will affect Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco), he has already caused so much pain in her life but doesn’t want his redemption to be at the cost of her mother. Franco also doesn’t want to go to jail for a murder he didn’t commit and sources show we will see him struggle over what to do.

The one good thing throughout this troubling time, Alexis will finally deal with her dependency on alcohol. She will accept she has a problem and begins to thin ahead, instead of in the moment. She will also learn what is going on in Julian’s life and make decisions regarding their future.
