General Hospital Spoilers Friday October 6: Sam and Jason Heat Up – Patient 6 Busted – Nelle Snaps

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, October 6, 2017 reveal plenty of heartache, confrontations and anger.  One couple’s romance heats up while another struggles with trust.  Friday’s episode is one GH fans will not want to miss!

General Hospital spoilers tease that once Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) return to Port Charles.  She is seen with him in GH’s hallway clearly upset, telling him their business is concluded.  Will Griffin ever reveal the truth, that he has real feelings for the mob princess?

Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) is also upset with her husband, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart); she wants to know when he was going to tell her when Laura Webber (Genie Francis) came to their home, Wyndemere Castle and threatened him with a gun.  How is Nina going to react when Valentin confirms what she already knows?

General Hospital sources reveal Samantha “Sam” Morgan (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) heat things up, now that he has been released from the hospital and are back home.  Fans are excited to see “Patient 6” (Steve Burton) is on his way back to town and all the drama that surrounds him and his loved ones.  Meanwhile, Patient 6 is discovered in the boat headed to the US, they demand to know who he is.

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) talks to her husband, Sonny (Maurice Benard) at the Metro Court, she is afraid that after she tried to warn their son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) and her past; she might have played right into Nelle’s hands.  Is Carly right, will Michael grow closer to Nelle because of her interference?

GH spoilers show that Nelle and Michael may be headed for heartache too, after he confronted her about the Grant family heirloom, and why she lied about losing it.  He feels she should return it to Sharon, but she  doesn’t like that he is “judging” her.  Is this the beginning of the end for this ill-fated couple?
