General Hospital Spoilers Friday May 25: Jake Gives In To Mind Control, Magic Trick Back On – CarSon Takes Down Ava – Amy Smitten With Nathan

General Hospital spoilers for Friday May 25 indicate that Nurse Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) continues to crush on the very married Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). After escorting her to the Nurses Ball, Amy tells Nathan that he has done more than he knows. Nathan is oblivious that Amy is crazy about him.

GH spoilers also indicate that Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) and her mother, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis), will have a disagreement over events and Laura tells Lulu that something never happened.  What are they fighting about?

A small group lingers inside of the ballroom after the Nurses Ball, including Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzer), and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) asks Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) what the hold up is. Liz tells Jason that she thinks they have a little problem.

Jake Webber (Hudson West) is finally ready to perform his magic trick, thanks to some help from Helena Cassadine’s infamous conditioning and mind control. But the problem is that the Nurses Ball is over. That won’t stop the group from encouraging Jake to do his act anyway. Looks like the Chimera will make its debut at the Nurses Ball after all, just to a slightly smaller audience.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) spend time together and Andre asks Anna why she is always willing to give Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) the benefit of the doubt.

Meanwhile, Valentin gets to have a moment alone with his wife, Nina Cassadine (Michelle Stafford). Nina looks upset and Valentin asks if it’s Anna. Nina asks Valentin when is it never Anna? But General Hospital spoilers indicate that Nina will have a change of heart and continue to soften towards Valentin.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) have finally pieced together the real reason behind the downward spiral that ultimately lead to Morgan’s death. Ava (Maura West) attempted to skip town after a warning from Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) but Sonny and Carly have her cornered at the docks.

Carly warns Ava not to lie to her because she doesn’t know what she’ll do. Ava is the queen of getting herself out of precarious situations, but this is one battle that she won’t walk away from unscathed.
