There will be some good news in Port Charles on Friday’s episode of GH.  Spoilers show that Liz Webber will get quite a surprise when she learns that her newfound sister Hayden Barnes [Rebecca Budig] is pregnant and she is going to be an Aunt!  Plus, it looks like Amy Driscoll and Nathan [Ryan Paevey] have a breakthrough, she opens up to him about the real reason she is trying so hard to secure her book deal.
