General Hospital spoilers indicate that the Friday April 28 will be a very special stand alone episode dedicated to the one and only Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot)! With Tracy’s final days on GH approaching, it’s time to take a trip down memory lane!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Tracy will pay a visit to the Quartermaine family crypt where she goes on a tirade proclaiming that her family should have appreciated her while they had the chance!

She then declares that she is leaving Port Charles behind for sun and fun! Seconds after declaring that she is the last one standing, one of the heavy mausoleum markers comes crashing down on top of Tracy, knocking her out cold.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that while passed out, Tracy will dream that she has been put on trial for all of her previous dirty little misdeeds.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will appear in this celebration of all things, as the judge presiding over Tracy’s case.

Attorneys Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) also make appearances in the courtroom.

Since Tracy’s first appearance in 1978, the feisty future matriarch of the Quartermaine family has landed herself in more than her fair share of trouble.

Between her complicated relationship with her late father, feuding with her sister-in-law Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) and fiercely taking on anyone brave enough to mess with her family company, ELQ , Tracy has had a knack for stirring up drama.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that longtime viewers of the show will be treated to clips of Tracy’s past featuring fan favorite, Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and other important figures that have appeared throughout Tracy’s life.

Reliving her past mistakes is sure to lead Tracy to place of introspection and self reflection in regards to her ever conflicting feelings about her father and the possibility that Samira Adin (Ivy Natalia) is her half-sister.
