General Hospital Spoilers: Franco Attacks Jason- Is The Old Franco Returning?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for this coming week indicate that the old Franco could be showing indications of resurfacing soon. For the last few weeks, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) have constantly been butting heads over Franco’s undeniable connection he has with Jake. Jason has made it clear that he does not want Franco to have any type of bond with Jake.

Viewers saw last week, Franco is not listening to Jason and continues to bond with Jason’s son, Jake and slowly has began to get Jake to open up about his troubled times while on Cassadine Island. It is beginning to look like Franco might be on the right path.

This  week, Jason and Franco will take separate trips to Greece and drop in on Cassadine Island for answers.

Franco even blows off his date with his girlfriend, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) in order to leave Port Charles and go find answers about Jake’s troubles.

However, the General Hospital Promo for this week shows Franco looking a bit over the top when he runs into Jason in the tunnels. It clearly shows Jason and Franco having a brawl while on Cassadine Island.

However, we are not clear what would spark this sudden rage attack from both brothers. Franco at this time is working overtime to get to the bottom of what happened to Jake Webber on Cassadine Island. No doubt the Chimera mystery ties into the story to some degree. Both Franco and Jason know there is more to the story in regards to Jake’s drawings and they both are desperate to find out what the Chimera symbol that Jake drew really means. Both brothers are all fired up and determined to help Jake.

Spoilers hint that in the heat of the moment, Franco will go a bit over the top and knock Jason unconscious with a big boulder he finds in the caves at Cassadine Island. It does appear the old Franco may be returning. But to what end and what degree? Is Franco finally fed up with Jason’s constant interference in his relationship with Elizabeth or is he working an angle, perhaps knocking Jason out so he can be free to discover the Cassadine secrets?
