General Hospital Spoilers: Fall Preview – Two Jasons – Baby Bombshells – HOT New Romances!

General Hospital (GH) Fall preview is out and fans are in for an exciting time ahead. Of course, everyone knows that Steve Burton is returning and already filming and that his arrival in Port Charles is really going to shake things up, especially to those closest to him.

Jason has an unbreakable relationship with best friends, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and has been with the love of his life, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) but what does it mean to have two Jasons in Port Charles and how with Steve Burton’s character cope with all the changes that have happened while he was away?

GH spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos has been anxious to leave the mob life behind him for a long time now; but viewers of the ABC soap opera will quickly learn, like Sonny, that wanting something and actually doing it are two very different things. He desperately wants to leave so he can stay married to Carly and live a peaceful retirement; but Carly knows what his life consists of and although she hates it, for now they will remain united when it comes to his illegal business dealings.

General Hospital’s Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) knew that her ex-husband, Julian Jerome (William deVry) could be gone for a very long time, as he was just sentenced to a minimum of 15 years in prison. Although her heart is still very conflicted on how she could possibly love a man who attempted to kill her, spoilers reveal there could be a new man in Alexis’ life. Fans of the beloved Julexis have to wonder how Julian will react when he learns she has potentially moved on and whether he will let her live in peace or continue to love her unconditionally?

GH fans have been very concerned about the much loved Quartermaine family, but they don’t need to worry; even though Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has recently left town it looks like the battle for power at the family business ELQ is about to explode. Ned (Wally Kurth) has been plotting behind Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) to remove him from the power seat; but spoilers suggest there is a third Quartermaine who is about to jump into the mix – Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Palmer Watkins) will find himself in the middle of things very soon.

Although no pregnancy has been planned nor exposed, it looks like Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten storms) could be headed down that path; and who wouldn’t be excited for this couple to finally be in the same city and starting a family of their own?
