General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that a threat will be looming while Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) make a trip to Sonny’s Island to handle a business matter, but who or what will it be?

The newest ABC General Hospital video promo teases that “When his dangerous past comes knocking, who gets caught in the crossfire? So apparently someone from Sonny’s past is out to get him, but who? He has numerous of enemies, so there is no telling who it is! The writers have kept a tight lid on this and have done great at not letting the cat of the bag. So we will just have to all wait and see!
In the clip, you see Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) telling her husband Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) that if there is a threat he needs to know about it. “He” being Sonny Corinthos, but what she didn’t count on is Jason heading to Sonny’s Island to tell him. She will not be very happy about Jason putting himself in harm’s way. It has also been said that whatever is going on with her ties into this threat!
Over on Sonny’s Island someone is knocking at their door where he and Carly are staying. Carly goes to the door then we see a gun pointed at her and Sonny standing behind her. So who do you GH fans think the man is behind the gun?
Sonny is seen in a struggle with a man. Then at end we hear gun shots, so who do you think will get caught in crossfire? The person Sonny is seen fighting with resembles Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) a bit, but again there is no telling who it actually is!
