General Hospital Recap Thursday May 11: Carly Catches Martina And Sonny – Hayden’s Pregnant – Nina Discovers Anna’s Spying

Thursday’s May 11 episode of General Hospital begins with Finn (Michael Easton) asking Griffin (Matt Cohen) if his lab test is back. Griffin says it should be done today and hopes this plan worked. Griffin leaves.

Hayden (Rebecca Budig) is sitting on a park bench when Curtis (Donnell Turner) stops by. Hayden tells Curtis that someone is sabotaging Finn (Michael Easton). They briefly discuss that night she was intoxicated and kissed him. Finn walks up. Finn thanks Curtis for helping him with rehab that night. Curtis tells Finn to take care of his girl and leaves.

Hayden tells Finn that Curtis is just being protective. Finn shows Hayden a picture of the town house he purchased. He wants to lay down roots and hopes Hayden would stop by to visit. Maybe leave a toothbrush there. They kiss.

Later they arrive to GH to get Finn’s test results. Griffin tells them it tested positive. Hayden says they need to figure out who tampered with the test. Finn says there is another issue. Hayden is pregnant.

Nina (Michelle Stafford) tells Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) she is leaving him.  Nina tells Valentin to admit Anna has been between them this whole time. He denies it. Valentin swears he isn’t chasing Anna and refers to her as a painful memory. Valentin doesn’t want to lose Nina. Valentin tells her how he has changed and has never broken any wedding vows. Nina says maybe not physically but emotionally he has. Nina mentions the watch. He takes it off and places it in her purse.

Valentin says marrying Nina was his salvation. He begs her to stay for Charlotte’s sake. Don’t let her lose another person in her life. Nina asks what kind of role model she is being to Charlotte and leaves. Later Valentin is drinking and thinking of Nina and Anna. He throws the glass into the fire place. Anna calls Valentin and asks if he’s free to meet.

Nina arrives to the Metro Court and places the watch on the bar. Curtis picks the watch up and asks if she has any plans for it. Nina throws it on the floor and smashes it with her shoe. Curtis picks it up and tries to place it back together. Nina tells him it was a gift from Anna to Valentin. Curtis finds the listening device Anna placed in the watch band. He tells Nina that Anna has been eavesdropping on Valentin.

Anna is listening to Nina and Valentin talking while she’s sitting at the park. Robin (Kimberly McCullough) calls to say she’s coming to the Nurses Ball. Anna lies and says she’s getting lab work done and will talk later. Anna puts the ear buds back on to hear Valentin take the watch off and place it in Nina’s purse. Anna jumps up and yells. Griffin jogging by and asks Anna what’s going on. Anna lies about what she was listening to.

Griffin tells her Robin called thinking Anna was at GH getting lab work today. Anna says she was confused it’s tomorrow. Griffin mentions Valentin being a distraction for her. He brings up it’s been a year since Carlos died. He gets interrupted and leaves to go back to the hospital.

Andre (Anthony Montgomery) is at GH nurse’s desk looking at test results. Sonny (Maurice Benard) asks Andre if he’s looking at Morgan’s results. Sonny tells Andre how he’s working hard to make peace with Morgan’s death. Andre reassures Sonny he’ll keep digging and get answers for both of them. Sonny leaves.

Andre stops Monica (Leslie Charleson) in the hallway and asks to speak to her about Morgan. Andre updates Monica on how he ordered 600 mg of Lithium but Morgan’s pill bottle contained 300 mg and trying to figure out how that happened. Monica leaves a message for the pharmacist at the hospital to return her call. Andre says Morgan’s parents lives have not been the same since his death.

Carly (Laura Wright) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) are at the Metro Court discussing plans for the Nurses Ball. Olivia notices Carly’s wedding rings. Carly explains her attorney told her to keep wearing them. Olivia thinks if Carly and Sonny just swallow their pride and work this out. Carly notices Olivia’s engagement ring. Olivia says she’s so busy right now trying to make wedding plans. Carly offers to get the wedding cake. She leaves to set up a cake testing appointment.

Martina (Daya Vaidya) tells Sonny that Carly didn’t take her advice but she has a plan to settle divorce today by giving Carly everything she wants. Sonny refuses and says Martina has to excuse herself from this case. Martina agrees and says it will hurt her reputation but that’s better than losing her law license. As they shake hands Carly walks in.
