General Hospital RECAP Thursday April 13: Andre Discovers Anna’s Secret – Lulu bonds With Charlotte – Brad Wants Finn Fired

Thursday April 14 episode of General Hospital begins with Brad (Parry Shen) telling Monica (Leslie Charleson) there could be a law suit against hospital because of Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Finn tells Hayden (Rebecca Budig) he has to tell Monica about going to rehab. Hayden hands Finn the new dress shirt she purchased for him. Hayden encourages Finn by saying he has an illness and Monica will understand. Finn thanks her for the dress shirt and leaves for Monica’s office.

Finn arrives to Monica’s office as Brad is leaving. Monica tells Finn shut the door so no one hears their private conversation. Finn regrets not coming to Monica sooner about being an addict. Finn admits all of it to Monica who is sympathetic as she’s went through rehab. Finn’s concerned about his job. Monica tells him to pick out a rehab facility today.

Hayden sees Brad in the hallway and informs him she green lighted his lab equipment he requested. Brad’s upset he’s not getting the yearly raise. Hayden informs him none of the employees are getting one this year. Brad mentions if a hot shot doctor gets fired that frees up some money. Hayden has no idea what he’s referring to. Brad says Monica should be firing Finn right now. Monica walks Finn to the elevator and wishes him good luck at rehab. He’s still concerned about his job. Monica will stop by to lend her support and leaves.

Hayden approaches Finn and asks if he was fired. Finn informs her Monica can’t promise his job is safe, that’s up to the board after he completes rehab. Finn is worried about what happens to their relationship after rehab. He thanks her for support and hopes she’s still attracted to him sober. Brad overhears Finn and Hayden. Brad approaches Monica saying Finn should have lost his medical license. Monica thanks him to bringing all this to her attention. He may have saved Finn’s career and life.

Nina (Michelle Stafford) tells Valentin (James Patrick Stewart) his judgment is off when it comes to Anna (Finola Hughes). Valentin didn’t mean for her to trust Anna. Charlotte and Nina are his top priority. Nina notices the watch Anna gave him. Valentin lies and says he purchased it. Nina tells him about seeing Anna and exaggerates about kicking her butt. Mentions warning Anna to keep her hands off her man. Miss Watkins and Charlotte walk in the room. Charlotte doesn’t want to go visit Lulu. Nina convinces Charlotte to go.

Valentin is worried about Charlotte and not hearing from Miss Watkins on how the visit is going. He decides to leave and check on them himself. Nina throws Anna’s note in the trash can and finds the watch case and Anna’s handwriting about time heals all wounds.

Lulu (Emme Ryan) tells Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) the house is clean and snacks are ready for her supervised visit with Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). Lulu is concerned Valentin will have a plan to ruin today. Dante reassures her as he’s leaving to give them private time together. Charlotte and Miss Watkins arrive a few minutes later. Charlotte not interested in playing and wants to leave. She agrees to stay longer. Lulu mentions a tea party, making scones and finds an Easter egg under the couch cushion. Charlotte finds one too. They agree to go outside and search for more. Later they return inside and Charlotte is happy to see a real live bunny. Lulu says they have lots of bunnies in their yard. Charlotte asks if she can come back. Lulu says anytime you would like.

Ned (Wally Kurth) tells Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) that Tracy (Jane Elliott) is happy for them. Tracy doesn’t scare Olivia. It’s her son that will be the most challenging for them. Ned assumes she means planning the wedding. Olivia actually means Dante. Dante arrives as Olivia mentions he’ll need time to come around regarding her commitment to Ned. Ned informs Dante about the engagement and getting married. Dante reassures Olivia he is happy she found a good man and welcomes Ned to the family.

Anna is at home wearing ear buds listening to Nina and Valentin’s conversation. Anna giggles over Valentin not wanting his wife to know she gave him the watch. Anna is interrupted when Andre (Anthony Montgomery) arrives to visit. Anna admits it’s not a good time for him to stop by but will take a break from work for him. Andre sees Anna’s lap top and she lies about listening to Mozart. She leaves the room to get tea. He picks up the ear buds and hears Valentin and Nina talking. Anna tries to convince him she’s taking Valentin down. Andre wants to help her but she insists doing this solo. Anna makes him promise not to tell anyone what she’s doing.
