As GH fans know, Kirsten Storms needed to take some time off from the ABC daytime drama due to medical reasons shortly after her character married Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). Everyone anticipates her return but wonder how Maxie will react to Nathan and Amy Driscoll’s (Risa Dorken Clark) budding relationship?

GH’s PCPD Detective Nathan West was left rather raw and vulnerable when Maxie chose to stay in Oregon over coming home and returning to her job at Crimson.

Although he would never cheat on Maxie, he has been spending a lot of time with General Hospital nurse Amy Driscoll; even agreeing to be the face of Man Landers.

Maxie has no idea what her husband has been up to, and its entirely possible she will be furious that Nathan is not just hiding his secret role in Amy’s success but that he is working with the woman she couldn’t stand and bullied back in their high school days.

Maxie Jones is well-known for not taking surprises to kindly, especially when it comes to the men she is involved with. She has clearly had a jealousy streak when it comes them too. Nathan has been spending a lot of time with Amy, thoroughly enjoying his time with her and her kindness. Could Maxie misconstrue what is going on between them, assume the worst in a jealous rage?

It is entirely possible that Maxie has grown up and has faith in her marriage and husband and will have no reaction at all about Nathan and Amy’s relationship.
