General Hospital News: Tonja Walker Announces GH Exit, Olivia Jerome On Her Way Out

It has not been that long since fans were reintroduced to Tonja Walker as Olivia Jerome on General Hospital. GH spoilers tease that her time on the ABC soap opera is over, but for how long?

Tonja Walker posted on social media letting fans know that this was her last week taping at GH.

The post read “Last week on GH for awhile! Hope to be back. Air thru mid March. Thanks for writing Nathan Varni, producers, writers, and Soap Press for so long to help make this time possible for me! Keep watching! It gets better all the time!” So it appears the storyline with Olivia Jerome is wrapping up.

So, we should have a conclusion to the car bombing by mid March since that will be when Tonja Walker’s last air date is. Are you fans disappointed that her run at GH was cut so short? She did say “hope to be back.”

GH’s Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) are getting closer every day to discovering who Julian Jerome’s (William DeVry) boss is. We all know it’s his sister Olivia Jerome. She wants Julian to pay for trying to kill her and all the time she missed with loved ones. So what better way, than to make him look guilty and do her dirty work?

With her time coming to an end, how do you GH viewers think the writers will wrap up the storyline? It’s very possible that Jason and Curtis will discover the truth and she will be hauled off to prison.

We all know that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will want revenge once he learns about Olivia’s part in Morgan’s (Bryan Craig) death, but to kill her off the show again would be a little much if the writers plan on bringing her back. Do you agree GH fans?

Tonja Walker recently did an interview with Afterbuzz TV, she revealed that her character would not be slated for death even though Sonny Corinthos will be gunning for her. It was also revealed that if the fans response to her character was good that Frank Valentini has plans to bring her back.
