General Hospital News: Roger Howarth Back Filming On GH

General Hospital (GH) news indicates that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is back taping scenes for GH! For several months now, Franco has been absent on General Hospital and has not been seen or heard of since the Nurse’s Ball, which was back in May.

It has now been close to three months since Roger Howarth has been on General Hospital as Franco Baldwin and not so much as a peep, which inevitably worried many Franco fans.

Many viewers took to Twitter and other social media websites and viewers began posting comments expressing their concern and fear that Roger Howarth might be the next one in line to exit GH – they couldn’t be more wrong!

A video of Roger on the soap set was posted on GH’s official Instagram account on July 24^th, indicating that he was indeed back in the studio.

An insider on Twitter also confirmed that Roger Howarth is definitely back in the GH studio and began shooting scenes for General HospitalonJuly 24^th, which should be airing on-screen in a couple of weeks.

Franco’s return will be quite unexpected for his on-screen girlfriend, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) who struck a conversation just the other day revealing to viewers and fans the reason for Franco’s absence from Port Charles. It seems Franco had some legal issues to resolve which had to do with his artwork, which could indicate that when Franco returns, he could return a very wealthy man!

It seems Franco will return back to Port Charles just in time, there’s some major action that will soon be surrounding Liz as she finds herself facing unforeseen danger on July 27.  No doubt he will be furious that all this happened in his absence and will spring into action, just as Franco always does to ensure Elizabeth’s safety.  Well, the good news is that Roger is definitely back and viewers can expect to see his scenes airing in Mid-August.
