General Hospital News: Laura Wright And Wes Ramsey's Holiday Photos Are Too Cute For WordsGeneral Hospital stars Laura Wright and Wes Ramsey have been together well over a year, and now they are also co-stars on the ABC soap opera.  Wes joined the cast last month as Port Charles newbie Peter August, and Laura has been playing the part of fan favorite Carly Corinthos for many years.

Laura Wright took to Instagram and shared her holiday photos with fans.  Laura, Wes, and Laura’s 19 year old daughter from her previous marriage went to the “North Pole” to take their photos with Santa Claus.  The snapshots are perfection!
