Kristen Alderson hit the ice to show off her skating moves, but it turns out that she may need a little practice.  The soap opera star sings along in her video and dances on the ice, until she takes a super embarrassing tumble.

But, Alderson is a champ and gets right back up and has no problem laughing at her misfortune.  Seriously, we all need somebody like Kristen Alderson in our lives!
