General Hospital News: Kirsten Storms’ Official GH Return Date Revealed!

General Hospital (GH) news and spoilers indicate that Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms)  return will be happening sooner than anyone anticipated. During a Live Facebook video that aired on General Hospital’s page on June 29th, Kirsten Storms and Ryan Paevey , who portrays Detective Nathan West, took some time today to answer many fans’ burning questions.

During their live interview, Kirsten was asked by a fan if she knew when her character, Maxie, would be returning to Port Charles. Kirsten gleefully bragged that Maxie will be back in town during the week of July 24th.

Apparently, Maxie will arrive back in time to see the mess that Nurse Amy Driscoll (Risa Dorken) has gotten her husband into. Kirsten took a few minutes and did indicate that Maxie’s return will certainly bring the couple some serious fireworks and Maxie will definitely have something to say about her husband’s associations since she has been gone from Port Charles.

In any case, Maxie’s arrival will certainly not be a happy day for Amy who seems to have sunk her teeth into Maxie’s husband. Fans are beyond excited that she is returning. As many fans will recall, Kirsten Storms took a leave from the ABC Soap due to her on-going battle with severe depression which Storms made known by taking to twitter.

She announced a few weeks ago that she is getting better and even posted a picture of herself with Ryan Paevey and let her fans know she was back in the studio shooting scenes. We are certainly excited she is back and are thrilled that she is on the mend and getting better. Welcome back, Kirsten Storms!
