General Hospital News: Jennifer Bassey Joins Cast Of Hot Drama

General Hospital star Jennifer Bassey has been wowing GH fans since she arrived in Port Charles, of course long time soap fans also recognize the actress from her iconic role on All My Children.

According to a press release, Bassey can now add the hot digital drama Anacostia to her resume.  The series is going in to its fifth season, and follows a small residential community in Washington D.C. as they navigate through love, betrayal, deception, sex and murder.

Bassey is joining Anacostia as a new character named Beverly.  The digital series returns with all new episodes on December 26.  You can check out the hot drama right here.

Bassey was thrilled about her new gig and dished, “Just like I do during every visit to Port Charles, I couldn’t feel more at home in Anacostia! There is always an abundance of love and lies — so I do my best to give them life!”
