General Hospital (GH) sources have recently caught up with Bryan Craig (Morgan Corinthos), who has officially been off screen for over 5 months, after he was murdered tragically when an internal family mob hit killed him instead of the intended target, Julian Jerome (William deVry).
Since leaving GH Bryan Craig has been busy working on many projects, including the role of Jack in the upcoming movie “Ride” based on the true life story of BMX champ John Buultjens.
GH fans have been asking since the minute he left, whether he would ever return to the role of Morgan Corinthos. Craig’s answer is there is no doubt, he would love to come back as Morgan; but he has a huge condition if that were to every happen. He will not return with a contract.
Bryan Craig is enjoying broadening his horizons when it comes to acting. He feels he cannot commit to General Hospital if something else comes a long that he really would like to do; and who can blame him? GH viewers know he is a fantastic actor and who wouldn’t want to wish him well on all his endeavors?
For fans that miss him, you can catch him in action on Instagram videos of him keeping in shape, including one where he is sparring with his General Hospital father, and mobster, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard); we all know how much Maurice loves to box and spar!!
GH viewers have been missing Morgan since the minute he left, he played a kind-hearted yet very troubled young man who was trying to come to terms with his mental illness; kudos for choosing such a versatile actor to play the role. It was great to see how the powers that be put a real emphasis on taking the medicine and the psychological treatment needed to live with this disorder.
As for now we HAVE OUR ANSWER, and he will not be back, so General Hospital viewers will just have to hold out hope that one day, Bryan Craig and the producers will be able to bring him back.
Best of luck to Bryan, on all his future roles and adventures. Be sure to tune into ABC’s General Hospital (GH) I to continue to see how Morgan’s death affects all those who loved him and miss him. Check Soap Opera Spy often for updates, news, rumors, and spoilers!

Gawd NO!! Morgan was the most annoying character ever. A giant, spoiled brat, man-baby. So irritating, I was fast-forwarding through all of his scenes the last couple months that he was on. I, along with many other viewers, got #JumpMorganJump trending on Twitter the episodes where he was on the edge of the building.
Do NOT bring him back!!
Agree leave him dead
