General Hospital News: GH Alum Sarah Brown Makes Assault Accusations

General Hospital alum Sarah Joy Brown is well known among GH fans as one of the former actresses that played Carly Corinthos.  She also appeared in a handful of other daytime soap operas as well.

In lieu of all of the crazy sexual assault allegations coming to light in Hollywood, Sarah Joy Brown decided it was time to speak out on social media about incidents that she experienced behind the scenes, and they weren’t pretty.

I reported a Director who assaulted me several years ago my representative advised me it was best not to make trouble if I wanted to work.

The former General Hospital actress revealed that she too was a victim of assault while working on TV, and she was advised to keep quiet about it if she wanted to keep her job.

Brown made some jaw-dropping allegations on Twitter, and her fans have been rallying behind her.  Sexual assault is a growing concern in the work place, especially in Hollywood, and we admire Sarah’s courage to come forward.
