General Hospital Marc Anthony Samuel Gets To Play A Bad Boy In His New Role

General Hospital fans know that Felix is one of the best and nicest nurses at General Hospital. With so many shady characters and villains that are up to no good in Port Charles, viewers can always count on Felix to do the right thing.

Well now actor Marc Anthony Samuel, who plays Felix on the hit soap series, will have an opportunity to show off his bad side. That’s because he’s just landed a hot new role on the second season of Amazon’s original series, Ladies of the Lake. The series is actually based on the novel by Days of Our Lives executive producer Ken Corday.

According to reports, both Marc Anthony Samuel and Robert Scott Wilson (who once played Ben on Days of Our Lives and Pete on All My Children) will be Ladies of the Lakes’ newest villains. The two actors will appear in a four-episode arc in this upcoming season, which is expected to premiere sometime next summer.

Wilson will play a troublemaking detective while Samuel will play Clara’s (Arianne Zucker from Days of Our Lives fame) shady new husband, Teddy. And apparently, he gets into a whole lot of trouble and real fast, too.

Showrunner Michael Caruso told ABC Soaps in Depth, “Teddy is a sophisticated and wealthy businessman. He made a deal with the devil when he married Clara and she quickly drags him into her schemes.”

Luckily, Marc Anthony’s filming schedule with Ladies of the Lake won’t impact his schedule with General Hospital. That means that fans will get to see more of him on the small screen in the coming months.
