General Hospital Comings And Goings: Shock Returns And Official Arrivals, Plus A Blast From The Past

General Hospital comings and goings for the week of December 4 reveal that Andrew Cain has officially arrived.  Sure, we knew Drew existed for weeks now, but thanks to last week’s shocking episode – we can now confirm that Billy Miller is playing the part of the new character.

So, who is Jason Morgan’s brother Andrew Cain.  Now that we have finally learned which leading male is playing him, we can move on and learn more of his back story.  Maybe he has friends and family of his own somewhere out there?
