General Hospital Alum Robin Riker Lands A New Role

Fans are thrilled that General Hospital alum Robin Riker (Naomi Dreyfus) is headed back on the small screen. And while she might not be making her way back to daytime television, Robin has landed a new role on the FXX comedy You’re The Worst. The General Hospital and The Bold and the Beautiful alum will be playing Fay Cottumaccio, Lindsay (Kether Donohue) and Rebecca’s (Janet Varney) mom.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Robin’s new character was a well-known actress back in the 1980s. She’s now back to play a role on a sitcom. And apparently, she’s also the reason why Lindsay and Rebecca are going to get into some serious fights this season. Fay’s presence only reminds the girls of their childhood issues as they fight for their mother’s love and attention.

Robin is set to guest star in two episodes for the show’s fourth season. Other guest stars this season include Colin Ferguson, Zosia Mamet, and Lou Diamond Phillips.

So far Robin Riker herself has not made any comments about her new role although there’s no doubt that her fans can’t wait to see her on the small screen again.
