Meghan Markle is well known for her role on USA’s hit drama Suits. But, before she joined the cast of the hit TV series, she actually appeared on ABC soap opera General Hospital as Jill in 2002. GH didn’t just kick off Markle’s acting career, it also was her father’s place of employment as a member of the lighting crew, and where he met her mother!
Prince Harry’s family made the official announcement on Twitter in a news brief that read, “His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales is delighted to announce the engagement of Prince Harry to Ms. Meghan Markle. The wedding will take place in Spring 2018. Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course.”
