Emmerdale Spoilers: Charity Dingle and Vanessa Woodfield Sleep Together

Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) and Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) do an eye-popping walk of shame next week when they emerge from The Woolpack cellar together. Can it be, these two actually do the deed?

Yes and no, Emmerdale fans! For starters look for these two to kick off a surprise storyline in coming days when the astonished ladies get to know one another much better in an amazing plot that no one saw coming.

I know what you’re thinking, these two don’t even like each other! How could they be attracted to one another? Well, you know what they say about opposites attracting, where there’s smoke there’s fire, and all those other corny clichés. Except this time, they appear to be true in quite soapy fashion.

Are these two set for a rocky romance? Well, let’s start at the beginning, when the lovely ladies find themselves trapped in the cellar and must deal with being confined in close quarters.

They cope by hitting the bottle, then things start to get heat up. As in, they share a passion-filled kiss but nothing more. For now.

Show execs have revealed that these two will eventually sleep together once their cellar drama is over. But not before there’s plenty of sensational angst, drama, and soul searching.

Is this thing between them real or just one of opportunistic Charity’s machinations? Is she acting out in order to rile Frank Clayton (Michael Praed) up?

Weighing in on her character’s motivation, Emma notes, “Charity probably does fancy Vanessa and wants to explore that … Vanessa is unsure of her own sexuality … It’s a bit like cat and mouse.”

Charity has had a previous same sex relationship and years ago Vanessa had feelings for her best friend Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry).

So, when Vanessa later tries to get clarity on what happened between them, look for Charity to toy with Vanessa, leading to a situation that’s sure to provide plenty of spark and sizzle as the season wears on.
