Get ready for a terrifying week of bloody mayhem Emmerdale fans! Emmerdale spoilers for this week promise to be grisly, ghouly, and gruesome for residents of the Dales, and at least one sacrificial soul won’t make it out of the village alive.
Who doesn’t live to tell the shocking tale? This main character will be missed; or will they? Will the dead one be a villain or hero? Or both?!
Front and center in the crazy chaos is none other than cold blooded killer Emma Barton (Gillian Kearney). It’s long been suspected that she killed her husband James, but her recent confession to Gabby (Rosie Bentham) erased any doubt about her guilt.

So what does a collared Emma do? Confront Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb) about her feelings for the now dead James. Huh? I didn’t say that Emma is thinking clearly, did I?
Well, Moira isn’t going to have any of Emma’s craziness, and soon a fight breaks out between the two ladies. It isn’t pretty, and when a pitchfork is grabbed in the midst of the brawl, it gets even uglier.
The barn tool inadvertently pokes out a lightbulb, which sets off sparks, which sets off a fire in the old barn.
Lucky as a black cat, Emma escapes the raging inferno, and Moira is left to expire in the flames. But Adam (Adam Thomas), seeing the fiery blaze, arrives on scene; can he save his mom?
Adam takes a gun to the calamity, but soon the tables are turned. When he sees Emma at the fire site, with blood on her, he takes off after James’ killer.
