EastEnders Spoilers: Steven Beale Comes Clean With Lauren And Abi

With his house of cards crumbling on EastEnders, Steven Beale (Aaron SIdwell) makes a drastic decision to end his deception. Steven has spun a wild tale of woe, and it doesn’t help his stress level that his girlfriend’s father is on to him.

Lovelorn Steven has sunk to many depths to hang onto his girlfriend Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa). First he sabotaged his condoms in to order to cement their relationship with a pregnancy. Lauren already knew that she would not be with unstable Steven forever, and had an abortion behind his back.

Feeling the love of his life slowly slipping away, Steven hatched another demonic plan. The immoral man claimed he has a brain tumor, with three months to live.

Now, things are getting really complicated with Lauren’s devious dad Max Branning (Jake Wood) in the thick of things. He is backing up Steven’s terminal illness story, but to what end?

What is clear is that doing so benefits Max in some way, we just don’t yet know the particulars. Does Max ever do anything from the generosity of his heart? I know, some would question if the steely man even has a heart!

Spoilers reveal that Max will continue to amp up his pressure on hapless Steven, a situation Steven chafes against. He’s quite capable of masterminding his own evil plan, thank you very much!

In the coming days the tension between the two schemers escalates to a point of no return, and Steven undertakes a drastic action in response.

Look for Steven to finally fold and reveal all to Abi (Lorna Fitzgerald): that it was wrong for them to be together, and he truly wants Lauren instead. Hope Steven’s wearing a hard hat when he delivers his bombshell!

With one lie out of the way, will Steven have the guts to also tell Lauren the truth? It’s anyone’s guess as to how Steven’s plan to tell all shakes out; but don’t be surprised if Max throws a wrench into the works!
