EastEnders Spoilers: Sonia Returning To Walford? Bex Needs Her Mom!

“EastEnders” spoilers indicate that Sonia might be coming back to help her daughter in her greatest time of need. Teenager Bex is in the midst of a sexting scandal, and she can certainly use all the help and support she can get right now. Especially since she may be facing time behind bars for her role in what’s become known as the show’s revenge porn storyline.

Poor innocent Bex was sure that she and boyfriend Shakil were doing the right thing when they agreed to exchange naked pictures of each other. After all, sexting is a victimless crime, right?

Unfortunately, Shakil was underage when they swapped pics, and now Bex is facing prison time for her actions. How did this personal exchange of information get so out of control?

The troubles began to snowball when Bex’s “friend” Louise stole her phone and sent the naughty pics to the mean girls at school. In an instant, what was once private was now public knowledge, and both Shakil and Bex are facing the consequences of their actions.

Shakil has been in violent fights defending Bex’s honor. In his last altercation, Shakil’s mom came home just in time to break up the fight otherwise Shakil may have done grave damage to his friend.

Could Bex’s mom be headed to Walford to support and defend her daughter? Sonia was last seen in town in September, prior to relocating for a new job.

Since that time fans have flooded social media with pleas for Sonia to return and help Bex. “Where’s Sonia?! #EastEnders,” wrote one fan. Another tweeted: “Sonia needs to come back soon #EastEnders.”

If ever there was a time for Sonia to place her professional life second, and her family life first, it’s now. Spoilers have indicated that the revenge porn storyline is going to get more ominous in the coming days.

While Bex has her father Martin to lean on, she could use her mother’s love and comfort more than ever. Could it be true that TPTB, at “EastEnders,” are about to act on the fans’ pleas and bring back Sonia?
