EastEnders Spoilers: Soap Promises Return Of Several Major Characters

In a bombshell interview, an “EastEnders,” boss promised fans a game-changing, crazily ambitious, electric new show in the coming months. This massive soap teaser comes courtesy of soap exec Sean O’Connor, who dropped the scintillating deets in a rare interview.

The secret-spilling interview comes at a time when loyal viewers are voicing in epic numbers their growing frustration over boring plotlines. Denise Fox’s down and out storyline is at the forefront of their online rants.

In move that indicates that showrunners are reacting to the fans’ growing discontent, O’Connor talked to Metro.co.uk in order to set the record straight. He assured viewers that a long-term plan is in place, one that will revive the moribund show.

The head honcho promised an upcoming extraordinary ride for viewers, one that he is personally excited about. “It’s crazily ambitious – we’re pulling out all the stops to make it happen.  Certainly for EastEnders, it’ll be game-changing,” he proclaimed.

O’Connor revealed that the surprises coming down the pike are, “massively ambitious and – crucially – it’s something that only “EastEnders” would or could do.” Now he’s got our attention!

“What we are planning will be electric,” he continued. “But I’m not going to say how! It will involve all of the main characters – both new and legacy characters. Nobody has been left out. We’re all very excited about it.”

Just which legacy characters can we expect to welcome back to Walford? For starters there’s beloved Robbie Jackson and his sister Sonia. According to O’Connor, “a couple of other new – and old – faces takes us into a very dramatic autumn.” It’s a no-brainer that Mad Max will be in the thick of things, seeing as how his revenge plan targeting half of Albert Square is well underway.
