According to an EastEnders spoiler, Linda (Kellie Bright) and Johnny Carter (Ted Reilly) are currently filming scenes in which they are riding in an ambulance when it suddenly collides with a truck, resulting in a spectacularly violent crash.

Filming is now underway in Essex and the traumatic crash is reported to be part of a much larger plot that will forever alter life for several Albert Square residents.
A show exec previously promised a storyline of epic proportions, one that has never been seen before on British soaps. It looks like the ambulance crash is a part of this previewed upcoming story arc, and it appears to be must-see tv.
Show execs are keeping particulars of the explosive storyline to a minimum, but details have leaked that show Johnny in dire straits prior to the accident.
The Sun has pictures showing the young man bleeding from a stomach wound, and hooked up to an IV drip. Obviously something ominous has happened to him prior to being loaded into the ambulance, which only leads to more speculation about the mysterious upcoming storyline!
Has Johnny been attacked, gotten into an altercation, been shot or knifed? Whatever has happened to him requires immediate emergency care, so being involved in a subsequent crash with a truck can’t bear well on his prognosis!
Viewers can anticipate these fiery scenes to air in September according to the Metro. And the mystery plot thickens with the revelation that none other than Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) will put on a display of heroics at the scene of the carnage. Of course, EastEnders fans are already speculating if this dramatic plot twist spells the end for poor Johnny?
