EastEnders Spoilers: James Wilmott-Brown’s Heinous Revenge Plot In Motion – Carter Family Under Attack

No one looks better in a snug apron and yellow scrubber gloves than barman Mick Carter (Danny Dyer), but are his days cleaning up the Queen Vic numbered? EastEnders villain James Willmott-Brown (William Boyde) looks set to wrench control of the popular pub, and break the Carter family in the process.

This can’t happen. The Queen Vic without the Carters would be like Disneyland without Mickey. Graceland without Elvis. Soaps without characters who come back from the dead.

But the impossible looks to be inevitable now that Luke Browning (Adam Astill) has been given an assignment concerning the pub’s repairs.

James owns Weyland & Co., and the company boss expects Luke to devise a list of pub repairs that the Carters cannot afford, thus forcing them to fold up their tent.

James wouldn’t mind if, in the process, the Carters have their collective heart ripped out at the prospect of losing their beloved business.

There is no love lost between the criminal James Willmott-Brown and the Walford townsfolk. He has just returned to town like a bad penny, years after he raped Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth).

His revenge agenda is broad, and Fi Browning (Lisa Faulkner) is just one of his minions. Thus far viewers have seen the cutthroat business woman playing the Carter family like a fiddle while at the same time working with the company to kick them to the curb. Or is she?

Just where does her sympathy lie? In the coming days viewers will see the blond beauty appear to support the crestfallen family when they receive the awful news.

Show execs have done a good job of keeping Fi’s intentions muddy. It’s really not clear if she has become sympathetic to the loveable family’s plight, or if she truly has the stone cold heart of a Wall Street tycoon.

Will she stop James before he kicks the Carters to the curb? And if so, what high price will she have to pay?
