EastEnders Spoilers: Everything You Need To Know About Walford’s New Family, The Taylors

The Taylors are about to arrive on the square and you’re going to be in for quite a shock. It’s been quite a while since Walford has been home such a dramatic family.

They seem quite similar to Bianca Jackson and her family filled with loud mouth rambunctious children. The Taylors will follow the same path, causing havoc. The show’s characters have moved away from the original “east end” working class image in recent years but the Taylors will take it back to old school EastEnders.

The Taylors are set to reach our screens on June 15th and are said to make a dramatic entrance. They will bring not only a van full of their belongings but also a large barking dog and a lot of noise.

It will be refreshing to see a family who are less than perfect move into the square. Karen will be played by Lorraine Stanley a single mum struggling to take care of her four children.

The family are not the usual glitz and glam were used to but seeing them contrasted with the squares other inhabitants is bound to make a lot of drama. They family seem to be down on their luck and resources but that does not mean that we will not love them. Bound to be a source of drama and comedy hopefully they will bring new life to the soap this Summer.

The Taylor children are going to be Keanu, Bernadette, Riley and Chatham. They will be loud and energetic as they make themselves at home almost immediately. Sean O’Connor has described them as “noisy, brash and not to be messed with.” The soap will explore the issue of learning disability with Riley and Chatham which is a sensitive topic but if done well this could be very powerful.
