‘EastEnders’ Spoilers: Danny-Boy Hatchard Exit Nears, Domestic Abuse Storyline Sets Stage For Lee Carter To Leave Walford

Did, “EastEnders,” fans just get a major heads-up on how Lee exits Albert Square? In a drama-filled episode, viewers saw an explosive fight between young marrieds Lee and Whitney. Lee was unceremoniously kicked to the curb, but after slapping Whitney, he deserved nothing less!

Lee did what he was told and went to the Queen Vic to stay with his father, Mick. But if he thought he would be able to sulk in peace, Lee was dead wrong!

Mick was appalled when he learned that his son assaulted Whitney, and kicked the cad back where he came from. Lucky for him, Whitney had a change of heart and took Lee back (really, Whitney?).

But unknown to the lovebirds, Shirley and Mick were conspiring behind their backs to break up their union (Shirley’s talk with Mick occurred without her knowing that Mick and Whitney had kissed).

So, could the intervention be what leads Lee to leave his wife and Albert Square? No doubt the relationship is all kinds of unhealthy, but should the husband and wife sort things out separately or together?

“EastEnders,” viewers can agree that Lee must address his issues before he can be in a solid relationship with Whitney. Will he be able to do the right thing?

Is Lee going to listen to his father’s advice and depart town, or will he fight to be with Whitney?  All of this domestic drama played out while viewers learned that newbie Nathan is Michelle’s love interest.

Michelle deserves some happiness! Will it come in the form of a May-December romance? TPTB are not disclosing any details about Michelle’s upcoming story arc, but they are dropping hints!

It seems that Michelle will soon be in very good spirits, and enjoying life to its fullest. Could it be because she has a new man to concentrate on?
