EastEnders’ two-timing Max Branning (Jake Wood) may find himself about to be kicked to the curb by one of his lovely ladies. The question is, which one? Max is a smooth operator, but has he met his match in Carmel Kazemi (Bonnie Langford)? She’s quite taken with the idea that Max is her man, but what she doesn’t know will definitely hurt her. Things are about to get intense between these two on the popular BBC One soap, but not in a good way!
EastEnders spoilers recently revealed Max is playing Carmel, and he has a side thing going with the equally sneaky Fi Browning (Lisa Faulkner). Viewers were left with mouths wide open last week when it was confirmed that these two sleazy corporate types are more than business partners.

In fact Max and Fi are using Carmel as a part of a larger, lucrative business plan. But in the coming days, Max will find it hard to keep his loved-up charade going. Serves the cad right!
When Fi tells Max to pump Carmel for yet more intel, he meets her at The Vic for a drink. With additional info in hand, Max then sneaks off to tell Fi what he’s learned from Carmel about the council.
Can you believe that Max then has the nerve to return and kiss Carmel in public? Up to now Max was adamant about keeping their tryst on the down low.

So, the lovely lady interprets this as a sign that things are moving forward and heating up between them, and asks Max to a dinner with her son. Seeing this meaningful request for what it is, Max rebuffs her idea for a family bonding moment. In turn Carmel is understandably hurt. Wake up, girlfriend! In the end Carmel tells Max that there will be no dinner date, period. How will Carmel’s decision to cool things off affect Max and Fi’s fiendish plan to take over Albert Square?
