Days of Our Lives Spoilers September 4 to 8: Hattie Requests Electroshock Therapy for John and Marlena – Hope Corners Hattie, Demands the Truth

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for the week of September 4-8 tease that Marlena (Deidre Hall) and John’s (Drake Hogestyn) situation will take a shocking turn – literally! Hattie (Deidre Hall) will call up Bayview and insist that it’s time for the next phase of treatment. She’ll order electroshock therapy for the unruly patients.

John and Marlena will have had an escape attempt or two by then. Perhaps Hattie will think this is the best way to handle the drama. Regardless, Marlena and John will grow fearful. When a staff member announces the next step, they’ll reiterate that they’re victims of an elaborate scheme.

Meanwhile, Hattie will make Andre (Thaao Penghlis) a victim as well. “Days” spoilers say Andre will make a bold statement at a press conference. He’ll claim that Roman (Josh Taylor) and Kate (Lauren Koslow) are having an affair.

When they deny the accusations, Andre’s sanity will be questioned. Hattie will maintain that Andre is certifiably insane and needs to be locked up. She’ll contend that it’s the only way to protect Andre from himself and others.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that Andre will protest, but it’ll only make him look crazier. He’ll be placed in a straitjacket and tossed in a padded room at Bayview. Andre will eventually encounter John and Marlena, but he won’t be sure he understands what’s going on. He’ll feel like everyone might be in on some secret plan, but he’ll quickly see that they’re all Hattie’s prey.

Once Marlena and John are prepped for their electroshock therapy session, they’ll freak out. Marlena will beg the staff member to call this off, but her plea will be dismissed. They’ll just have to hope that someone will get a clue and save them.

Thankfully, DOOL spoilers say Paul (Christopher Sean) will realize something’s not right. He’ll feel like “Marlena” has a hidden agenda and he’ll ask Hope (Kristian Alfonso) to find out what it is. Since Hope was buddies with Hattie in prison, she’ll soon determine this isn’t Marlena at all. She’ll catch Hattie trying to make a break for it.
