Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Sami Doesn’t Buy Ben’s Story About Will Horton

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal a little bit about Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) return to Salem. It turns out that she doesn’t believe Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) story. She refuses to consider the possibility that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) might be alive. Find out everything the actress had to say about her soap storyline.

Speaking to TV Guide, Alison Sweeney explained that Sami hears about Ben’s tale from other people. This is what brings her to come charging into town. Naturally, when it comes to her son, she is passionate and wants the truth. At the same time, she knows Will is dead and is hesitant to believe the Necktie Killer.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers explain that hearing Will Horton is alive turns out to be shocking for Sami Brady. However, it isn’t the same as finding out other family members weren’t dead.

What makes this different is that Sami cried over his body in the morgue. So, she saw him lying on a concrete slab, the life stolen from him by Ben Weston. To have a murderer tell everyone in Salem that her son is really alive is disturbing, to say the least.

Alison Sweeney revealed another reason Sami doesn’t want to believe Ben’s story. To have that hope come alive and then have it shattered would be devastating. The actress compared it to going through Will’s death all over again.

“Plus, Sami doesn’t dare let herself believe Will is alive. To have that hope and then have it shattered would be a horrible thing. It would be like living his death all over again.”

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers confirm Alison Sweeney returns as Sami Brady on Friday, October 13. Her storyline will not just be about Ben and Will, though. She will also come back as Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) is trying to wrap his drunken head around the mystery. It will lead her and others to Memphis.

However, what will they find once they arrive there? Is Will really alive or is this some sort of sick joke from the Necktie Killer?
